We encountered an issue while trying to automatically install Java software onto your machine. If you encounter an error, try the following options:

Check the top of the browser for an information bar that may read 'This site might require the following ActiveX control: Java SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 13 from Sun Microsystems, Inc.. Click here to install.' Click the colored bar and choose Install ActiveX Control to allow installation to proceed.

Instructions for Downloading Java on Windows - Internet Explorer
Click Install to start the installation process.











If you do not get the window asking you whether you want to install the software, please see the help page or the Manual Download page.
The installation process starts. The installer presents an option to view the License Agreement.

If you'd like to change the installation directory, select the 'Change destination folder' option. After reading the agreement, click the Accept button to accept its terms and to continue with the installation. If you selected the option to change where Java is installed, choose the folder location then click the Next button to continue with the installation.

Once the installation is successfully completed, you may see the Verify Java page where you can check your Java version.

NOTE: If you do not see the verification page, you may need to restart (close and re-open) your browser to enable the Java installation.
